Residuos Dinámicos was born from the need to make our own compost.
It is Hierbawena’s business arm. While we teach not to create waste, we collect the city’s organics, turn them into bocashi and return them to the soil. One cycle. Three problems: landfills, imported fertilizer and lifeless food.
Why it exists
We could not farm organic by buying poison labeled as fertilizer.
Our farms needed living organic matter. At the same time Panama sends tons of peels, coffee pulp and kitchen scraps to landfill, where they make methane. Residuos Dinámicos joins both ends.

Bioconvert
We ferment the material in bocashi piles: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and microbial life.

Regenerate
The fertilizer returns to farms and gardens. Food is grown. The cycle closes at the table.
